Injury Management's Employer Step Advantage Program

WorkComp Solutions, Inc. is proud to announce our partnership with Injury Management's Employer Step Advantage Program.

Emplyers tend to believe that there is little that they can do to reduce their Workers' Compensation costs or improve outcomes. The fact of the matter is, the employer can and must take control of their Workers' Compensation program. Employers can no longer afford to lose good employees to a complex system, nor can they continue to finance the hidden costs and unintended consequences of a poorly managed injury management program. It is essential that employers begin to recognize the threats and risks facing their business that an insurance policy does not cover.

The Employer Step Advantage Program helps employers analyze their injury management process, establish benchmarks and create and implement improvement plans. Please contact Lorri Boatwright by email at Lorri@WorkCompSolutions.cc or by phone at 863.646.4642 to get started.

Contractor Survival Guide for Wrap-Ups: Wrap-up Experts is an insurance consulting service for building contractors and their insurance agents, helping them navigate the complicated world of wrap-ups or Controlled Insurance Programs (CIPs). Wrap-ups consolidate workers' compensation, excess/umbrella and general liability insurance for the various entities on construction projects. Also known as Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIPs) and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIPs), wrap-ups are often used in government contracts such as highways, bridges, airports, prisons and military bases, and commercial projects such as hotel-shopping-office complexes, mixed-use developments and sports and entertainment venues.

Duke Mills is the president of Wrap-Up Experts and WorkComp Solutions, a workers' compensation insurance agency. He helps contractors and construction companies protect their profits in wrap-ups. A licensed agent himself, Duke also works with other property casualty insurance agents, training them in wrap-ups so they can enhance their marketing and client services.
